The Tennessee Political Corruption Story is But a Snapshot

September 11, 2024, Scottsdale, AZ: The Election Fairness Institute, Inc. (EFI) is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3), engaged in the analysis of election procedure, process, and system components that demonstrate potential defects impacting election security, transparency and ultimately integrity. Such defects cut across all political lines and get to the heart of the “Equal Protection” clause of the Fourteenth Amendment for every American citizen.

On September 6, just a few days ago, EFI made a public statement about a private-sector public corruption and racketeering investigation that has been underway since 2015. EFI was asked to engage in the effort in November 2022 to identify political money laundering that would ultimately lead to the identification of over $1-trillion dirty money supply supporting political campaigns of candidates at every level and individuals in all three branches of government from coast to coast, and to the identification of elements within local government and the media intent on covering up the crimes including election rigging.

Through the meticulous work of Deputy Chief of the Millersville Police Department, Shawn Taylor, a federal and state whistleblower, the distribution pathways our team identified entities in Scottsdale Arizona, and Nashville Tennessee that were inextricably tied to real property transactions with significantly inflated values, mortgage and title insurance fraud, and wire fraud.

On September 4th, a search warrant was served on the Millersville Police Department and at the home of Deputy Chief Taylor, to seize records and electronic devices including phones, hard drives, and information-storing devices, related to the ongoing criminal investigation that implicates Sumner County TN Judge Joe Thompson, and Soros-supported DA Ray Whitley. Coincidentally, DA Whitley authorized the search warrant and Judge Thompson signed off on the search warrants.

“Further review of the search warrants reveals the stated reason for the warrants is, that the act of investigating local corruption is considered official misconduct by the very DA who has been implicated by the evidence uncovered during the investigation. Currently, we have probable cause for many arrest warrants for the individuals named in the seized records. We are ready to work with a Grand Jury and prosecutor who can be trusted to bring forth indictments if they are approved by a Grand Jury.” says the Hon. Mark Finchem, Executive Director of EFI.

It is alleged that District Attorney Whitley, who is overseeing the TBI investigation, has in the past “framed” innocent individuals for crimes they did not commit. These individuals won on appeal to have their convictions reversed after DA Whitley was caught committing perjury under oath and withholding exculpatory evidence, a clear Brady due process violation worthy of disbarment. (For reference the cases are Spurlock v. Sumner County and Marshal v. Sumner County both tried at the state court level)

It appears that Judge Joe Thompson, who signed the search warrants for the police department offices and the home of DC Taylor, is also involved in groups affiliated with the housing industry money laundering scheme, that involves BRICS nations, China, and cartels both locally and nationally. The money makes its way to political campaigns and election officials who are responsible for “election” results.

Also seized, but not listed specifically as documents in particular to be seized in the warrants were election records from the most recent election. How convenient says Finchem, “The records showing election irregularities, that were the subject of a public records request (FOIA) made by the Millersville Police Department detectives, which was declined by local election officials, contrary to Tennessee law, were also denied by Judge Thompson when enforcement of public records law was sought by Detective Candler. Some of the records were provided, but not all. Now the records and emails that were not released can go missing and the coverup is complete.
